Harvey Properties intends to develop its 5.1 acre piece of land situated at Akwatsiri-Oyibi into a residential real estate enclave.

Description

The site is about 500m off the main Accra-Dodowa road and about 2km from the Valley View University. The site is bordered on the south by a road, east by a road and a school, north by a road and residences and west by a guest house. The Accra-Dodowa strategically connects the Tema-Akosombo Road and the Accra-Aburi road.

• Two storey 3-bedroom units

The development will also have a commercial area to host retail outlets such as convenient shops.
